Customer Relationship Manager

The Customer Relationship Manager at West Edmonton Mall will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships between tenants and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with retail tenants, addressing daily inquiries and requests while maintaining open communication channels.
- Oversee and enforce all mall/tenant policies and regulations, maintaining detailed records and logs of tenant interactions.
- Utilize conflict resolution and multi-tasking skills to effectively handle various problems and challenges within the shopping center.
- Ensure mall tenants adhere to mall standards in common areas and back hallways, creating a clean and presentable shopping environment for guests.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and complaints, ensuring positive resolutions are reached.
- Other responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Two to three years of experience in retail property management or a related project management position.
- Post-secondary diploma in business administration or project management.
- Advanced skill set in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to communicate electronically in various modes, including texting, email, and instant messaging.
- Self-driven with minimal supervision, adhering to broad task-based goals and objectives.
- Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and interpersonal communication skills.
Terms of Employment:
- This is a full-time position with occasional on-call work, Monday through Friday.
- This is a salaried position based on experience and qualifications.
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance.
