Job Summary

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of services to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Collaborate with internal partners, clients, and candidates to provide exceptional service and ensure they are connected with the services they need.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Coordinate the completion of documentation and client-specific requirements throughout the hiring cycle.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Conduct pre-employment screening requirements for candidates, including background checks, drug and alcohol testing, and fit-for-work assessments.
Requirements
  • Administrative Experience: 5+ years of administrative functions, including experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Education: Administrative Professional Certificate or Diploma.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of experience leading a team.
  • Communication Skills: Professional verbal and written communication skills, with basic to intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Adaptability: Ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and prioritize in an ever-changing deadline-driven environment.
