About the Role
  • This position supports the team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Handle telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Process electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Provide a warm welcome and direct visitors to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
  • Repetitive tasks are a significant part of this role.
Personal Suitability
  • This position requires the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • A team player with a collaborative approach.
Experience
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
  • A permanent position with a 30 to 40 hour workweek.
  • Work will be conducted primarily in English.
