About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at 881 CORNER GAS Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, resolving issues and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee store opening and closing procedures, ensuring a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a retail supervisory role
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment
