About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beaverhill Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive a positive and personalized shopping experience, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and that merchandise is properly displayed and rotated.
  • Merchandise Sales: Sell merchandise to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
  • Return and Exchange Policy: Authorize the return of merchandise and process exchanges in accordance with company policies.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
