Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Beaverhill Shell. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store meets the highest standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the work of sales floor staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize Return of Merchandise: Process returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers to drive sales and meet targets.
- Resolve Issues: Proactively identify and resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Organize and Maintain Inventory: Ensure that inventory levels are accurately recorded and that stock is properly stored and rotated to minimize waste and maximize sales.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
