You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving written prescriptions and refill requests.
  • Entering patient and prescription information into the computer system.
  • Managing stock, performing expiry date checks, balancing inventory, and correcting discrepancies.
  • Adhering to operational procedures and company policies.
  • Communicating allergy interactions and billing information to pharmacists.

Requirements:

  • Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience.
  • A strong work ethic and 'let's get it done' attitude.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Kroll computer experience is an asset.
