You will be responsible for performing a variety of medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and accurately documenting care.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Accurately complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to all relevant regulations.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and staff members to plan patient care.
  • Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Active BLS/CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with Med Surg practices.
  • An up-to-date immunization record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB).
