Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Inspine Therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Set up and maintain accurate and up-to-date manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure error-free and professional output.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Work Environment

Permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. Work language: English.
