Job Summary

FloForm Countertops is seeking a skilled Countertop Fabrication Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating digital templates and preparing CAD files for the fabrication of custom countertops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customers' homes or businesses to create templates and take measurements
  • Complete work orders, noting all required specifications, including polished edges, cut-outs, and radiuses
  • Advise customers on modifications required and provide critical information about the templating and installation processes
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communicate with sales, operations, and production staff
  • Ensure timely submission of work orders and completed templates
  • Maintain company vehicle and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CAM software
  • Experience with kitchen and/or bathroom construction, installation, or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in templating or fabrication/installation/drafting
  • Experience with digital templating and reading blueprints/schematics
  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills, professional appearance, and good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check
