About the Role

FloForm Countertops, a leading manufacturer and installer of premium surface countertops, is seeking a skilled Countertop Fabrication Specialist to join our team. With 16 branches and 5 manufacturing facilities across the Pacific Northwest and Western Canada, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customers' homes or businesses to create accurate digital templates for custom countertops.
  • Complete work orders, noting all required measurements, polished edges, cut-outs, and radiuses.
  • Advise customers on modifications and provide critical information about the templating and installation processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and communicate relevant information to sales, operations, and production staff.
  • Ensure timely submission of work orders and completed templates.
  • Maintain company vehicle interior and exterior.
  • Create accurate digital drawings of countertops and sinks for installation.

Requirements

  • Relevant post-secondary education with 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft office products, AutoCAD, and CAM software.
  • Experience with kitchen and/or bathroom construction, installation, or similar.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in templating or fabrication/installation/drafting.
  • Experience with digital templating.
  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills, professional appearance, and good communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clear criminal record check.
