Job Summary

FloForm Countertops is seeking a skilled Templater to join our team in Edmonton. As a Templater, you will be responsible for creating digital templates for custom countertops, programming CNC routers, and preparing CAD files for fabrication.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to customers' homes to create templates and take measurements
  • Complete work orders, noting all required specifications and modifications
  • Advise customers on templating and installation processes, and respond to general inquiries
  • Ensure timely submission of work orders and templates
  • Maintain company vehicle and perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Relevant post-secondary education and 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and CAM software
  • Experience with kitchen and/or bathroom construction, installation, or similar
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Templating or Fabrication/Installation/drafting
  • Strong face-to-face customer service skills, professional appearance, and good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and clear criminal record check
