Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Volkswagen MidTown Toronto. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers on vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring they understand the importance of regular maintenance and the benefits of our services.
  • Schedule appointments and manage customer inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient communication.
  • Handle customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner, resolving problems promptly and fairly.
  • Monitor and follow up on repair orders, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards.
  • Communicate with customers regarding changes and updates to their repair orders, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair, with a focus on German/Volkswagen brand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
  • Valid driver's license and a strong understanding of CDK (optional).
