Service Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Downtown Hyundai. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience when visiting our dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with our service team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, including scheduling appointments, communicating with customers, and ensuring that work is completed on time.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure that their needs are met and that they are informed of any issues or concerns.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including service history and any issues or concerns.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
