About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team at BMW Toronto. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible experience when visiting our dealership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs
  • Review and document customer concerns, initial costs, and contact information on the repair order
  • Keep customers updated with vehicle status and ensure that all open RO's are closed as quickly as possible
  • Perform other duties related to skills and experience as required by management
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
  • Excellent follow-up and follow-through skills to ensure client satisfaction
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
