Job Summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a residential portfolio, ensuring high-quality service to residents, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and drive business growth.
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including budgets and financial reports.
  • Oversee maintenance, lease administration, and reporting to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to develop innovative programs.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Supervise on-site staff and ensure policies are followed.
  • Work closely with the capital projects team to plan and execute renovations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive company culture and brand image.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of progressive residential real estate experience, preferably with high-rise portfolios.
  • Must be fully bilingual, fluent in English and French.
  • People management experience, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Yardi experience is a strong asset.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a strong curiosity for enhancing real estate portfolios and resident satisfaction.
  • Innovative and willing to share new ideas in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
