Job Title: Chef de Partie

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.
  • Develop and implement new cooking techniques and equipment training for cooking staff.
  • Create innovative recipes and menus that meet quality standards.
  • Supervise and train cooks and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty foods for events and functions.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 30-40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
