Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and securing insulation using various methods, installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials, and assembling, erecting, and dismantling scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Work Environment

As an Insulation Specialist, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and physical demands. You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in confined spaces.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train on the job
  • Ability to work in a noisy, odorous, dusty, hot, and cold environment
  • Ability to work outdoors and in confined spaces
Work Setting

This is a permanent, on-site customer service position with a 40-hour workweek. You will be required to work on the road and may be exposed to various work settings, including construction, commercial, and residential sites.
