Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Specialist to join our team at Bask Pro Inc. As an Insulation Specialist, you will be responsible for applying and securing insulation using various methods, installing vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials, and assembling scaffolding and rigging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping, and other application and installation methods
  • Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
  • Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
Work Environment

As an Insulation Specialist, you will work in a variety of environments, including construction sites, outdoors, and in confined spaces. You will be exposed to noisy, odorous, dusty, hot, and cold conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Will train
Work Setting

You will work in a fast-paced construction environment, installing insulation and other materials in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential buildings.

Physical Demands

The Insulation Specialist role requires physical stamina, as you will be standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
