We are seeking a highly skilled Outside Territory Manager to join our client's Territory Sales Team. This is a field-based work environment where you will be responsible for bringing on net new business and maintaining a book of business focused on the concrete construction industry within your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach to closing business
- Communicate with engineers, project managers, and construction managers in a technical environment
- Use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data
- 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space
- Familiarity with Concrete, Cement, or Admixture and ability to speak on a technical level
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the US and Canada
This role is based in the Eastern Canada/Quebec region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Quebec City area. You will be required to travel to meet clients throughout your territory upwards of 50%.
Compensation:The base salary for this role is $75,000 - $80,000 CAD, with a total compensation package of $100,000 - $110,000 CAD.
