Cashier Team Lead

A-1 Cash and Carry is seeking a skilled Cashier Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail store operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales floor, managing cash handling, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Effectively allocate sales responsibilities to team members to ensure seamless customer service.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, and develop a team of sales associates to meet the needs of our customers.
- Cash Handling: Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Inventory Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain a well-stocked sales floor.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
As a Cashier Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with tight deadlines and a focus on attention to detail. You will be part of a dynamic team that values diversity, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience.
- Work Setting: Wholesale establishment/store.
