Cashier Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cashier Supervisor to join our team at Fresh Market Restaurant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cashiers and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Cashiers: Provide guidance and support to our cashiers to ensure they are meeting our high standards of customer service and cash handling procedures.
  • Manage Cash Handling: Oversee the accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions, including counting and reconciling cash drawers.
  • Inventory Control: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise.
  • Staff Coordination: Coordinate the activities of our staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, including resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
