At Zortech Solutions, we are seeking a skilled EP24-14 Support Professional to join our team. This is a 12+ month opportunity with flexible locations in Montreal, QC or Calgary, AB.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
This is a customer-focused role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. As an EP24-14 Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing timely and effective technical support to clients via various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues at T1 level, with occasional escalation to T2 level based on experience and ability to analyze complex problems.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A strong background in technical support, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.
