Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a customer-focused role that requires strong communication skills, patience, and problem-solving abilities. As an EP24-14 Support Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and effective technical support to clients via various channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues at T1 level, with occasional escalation to T2 level based on experience and ability to analyze complex problems.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A strong background in technical support, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate complex issues when necessary.
