Job Title: Key Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team at IS2 Workforce Solutions. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with major North American OEMs, further develop existing OEM relationships, and integrate and meet expectations of the Sales & Marketing plan for each fiscal year.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop, maintain, and establish new client partnerships, and maintain and further develop existing client relationships.
- RFQ Management: Manage all RFQ activities, including part costing and developing proposals, defining target prices, negotiations and proposal development, and purchase order acquisition.
- Claim Management: Lead the Claim Management Process for specific customer accounts, and competition and market planning and evaluation activities.
Requirements:
- Education: University education in Engineering or Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years' experience developing in Automotive OEM relationships, with plastic injection mold process knowledge being an asset.
