Key Account Manager

Job Summary:
IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients: Build trust and credibility with our clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Identify new business opportunities: Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Drive sales growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
- Manage RFQ activities: Lead the request for quote (RFQ) process, including part costing, proposal development, and negotiation with clients.
- Lead the Claim Management Process: Manage claims and disputes with clients, and work to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with clients, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
