About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Excellence Leader to join our team at Allergan Aesthetics. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence across our commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Excellence Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive business excellence strategy to improve the effectiveness, profitability, and growth of our commercial functions.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness: Lead the development and execution of sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive sales growth and improve sales force productivity.
  • CRM Management: Own the management and adoption of our CRM system to drive sales productivity and multi-channel capability improvements.
  • Segmentation and Targeting: Collaborate with marketing to research, develop, and define the strategy to profile, segment, and target our customers.
  • Sales Incentive Operationalization: Work with global compensation and benefits to shape annual sales incentive schemes to ensure competitiveness and motivational impact.
  • Commercial Analytics: Design and implement sales analytics to benchmark and measure sales force activity, sales momentum, and growth.
  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective and efficient commercial channel and go-to-market strategies to increase share of voice and support brand strategies.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to a four-year university education with an emphasis in science and/or business.
  • A minimum of six years of experience in the CPG or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Previous cross-functional commercial experience (e.g., sales, category management, marketing/trade marketing, etc.).
  • Experience working in Health Canada regulated industries, within beauty, cosmetic, or medical aesthetics, is preferred.
  • Experience in senior sales management roles and strong understanding and experience in key account management.
  • Track record in commercial excellence/sales force effectiveness/sales operations, preferably within a pharmaceutical/healthcare company.
  • Bilingualism (French/English) would be an asset.
