Job Title: Security Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at NATIONAL SECURITY GUARD PROTECTION SERVICES INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Ensure the smooth operation of security equipment and systems
- Prepare and submit reports on security incidents and activities
- Requisition and order security supplies and equipment
- Train and develop security personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related field
- Security Guard License
Work Environment:
- Permanent position
- 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language
