Winston's Health Fitness Ctr. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, and obtain and process information required to provide customer service.
  • Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard or telephone system, and answer telephone calls and relay messages.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform tasks such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, and record and relay information.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, sending invoices, and receiving and issuing payments.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Rural area.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: MS Office, electronic mail, and spreadsheet skills.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, and reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
