We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Strategic Office Coordinator to join our team at DW Custom Homes Inc.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, providing administrative support to our team members, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Develop and implement effective office procedures and protocols to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a construction industry setting.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with project management software and tools.
- Knowledge of construction industry best practices and regulations.
- Fluency in multiple languages.
