Job Description

Rynid Technology Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and organized Strategic Office Operations Manager to join our team.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in office administration, with a strong background in coordinating office services, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, and preparing periodic reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the company's needs and standards.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in office administration.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
