Restaurant Leadership Role

Lacombe Bar and Steakhouse is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Restaurant Leadership Role to lead our food service team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing outstanding customer service and a proven track record of success in supervising staff and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate: Lead and motivate a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food preparation.
- Train and Develop: Provide ongoing training and support to help staff develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed in their roles.
- Quality Control: Maintain rigorous quality control standards for food and service, ensuring that every guest experience meets our high expectations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, demonstrating a commitment to resolving issues and exceeding guest expectations.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit accurate reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve outstanding results. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
