Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Brunch Glory. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and optimize daily operations to maintain high-quality standards.
- Plan and organize daily restaurant activities to ensure seamless execution.
- Set staff work schedules and oversee the management of staff members.
- Supervise staff performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Train staff on new procedures, policies, and products to enhance their knowledge and skills.
- Conduct performance reviews to identify areas for growth and development.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, where attention to detail is paramount. They must be able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications- College diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business administration).
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate operations and implement improvements.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Physical stamina to withstand a busy and dynamic work environment.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a competitive benefits package, opportunities for professional growth and development, and a fun and dynamic work environment.
