Store Manager Job Summary

As a Store Manager at EssilorLuxottica Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results in our LensCrafters stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive unparalleled service, meeting their needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to your team members to help them grow in their careers.
  • Performance Management: Analyze store performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement action plans to drive business growth.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all products are properly stocked and displayed.
  • Visual Merchandising: Ensure that the store is visually appealing, with attractive displays and promotions that drive sales.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4+ years of management/supervisory experience in retail or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong influencing and negotiating skills, team building and management skills, knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise, and basic math skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Education: College degree or equivalent.
  • State Licensure: State licensure (if applicable) and/or ABO Certification in non-licensed states.
  • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of current store merchandise, high level of business acumen, and detailed knowledge of LC Dashboard.
