We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Distribution Associate to join our team in Canada.

Job Summary

This role involves performing material movement duties in the warehouse, including physical receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate the carousel system to pick orders and re-stock, ensuring product accuracy and updating SAP and Nova.
  • Pack shipments using SAP, verifying correct product, lot numbers, and quantities; wrapping, labeling, and weighing skids; and checking order and shipping labels.
  • Pick orders from overstock and ensure correct lot numbers and quantities using the RF unit.
  • Ship orders using a computerized freight management system.
  • Maintain warehouse space efficiency by moving materials accordingly.
  • Operate forklifts and other equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with procedures.
  • Physically receive materials and verify shipment accuracy, reporting discrepancies to Inventory Analyst.
  • Ensure all work adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Standard Operating Documents (SOD's), and Safe Work Procedures (SWP's).
  • Comply with internal and external regulations, including HPFBI, FDA, and other regulatory agencies.
  • Maintain corporate values, participate in audits/inspections, and support team goals.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established regulatory and compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Fluent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of material handling equipment is an asset.
