We are seeking a seasoned Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Almita Piling Inc. This is a challenging role that requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, occupational health and safety principles, and risk assessment techniques.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Develop and implement the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management system
  • Ensure compliance with relevant certification standards and legislated requirements
  • Analyze incidents, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions
  • Participate in industry work groups, represent Almita's interests, and set objectives for QHSE improvement
  • Identify, design, and implement strategic projects/campaigns to enhance QHSE performance


Requirements:

  • A minimum of five years of experience in a similar position in manufacturing or construction environment
  • Knowledge and experience with QMS principles, ISO 9001:2015 standard, and HSE regulations
  • Diploma or degree in Quality Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or related field
  • Safety Certification (CRSP, CSP) and/or Quality Certification (CQIA, CSSY/GB)
  • Thorough knowledge of risk assessment techniques, incident investigation, and QHSE management systems


Work Environment:

  • Office/remote work environment with occasional site visits
  • Travel required, including industrial area visits
  • Fast-paced work schedule with tight deadlines
  • Regular 40-hour work week with on-call duties/after-hours support


Salary:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
