Food Service Supervisor

We are a dynamic and growing company in the food service industry, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
- Team Management: Train and develop food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels, ensuring that all food and supplies are available when needed.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and staff performance, providing insights for business growth and improvement.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service management role.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, working under pressure, and meeting tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and a team player.
