Job Title: Unit Supervisor - Food Service

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonalds Hope. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of kitchen and food service helpers to ensure the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
