Spiritual Guidance Specialist

Bridges of Canada Inc. is seeking a qualified Spiritual Guidance Specialist to join our team in providing spiritual support to members of the community.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a correctional facility setting.
This full-time position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Key responsibilities include conducting religious services, administering rites of faith, providing spiritual guidance, supervising educational programs, and promoting spirituality through sermons and talks.
