Job Summary:

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Payroll & Benefits Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing payroll reconciliations, journal entries, and year-end audits
  • Input, verify, and process payroll
  • Investigating all payroll discrepancies
  • Process documentation & process improvements
  • Directing and planning the day-to-day operations of group benefits programs
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Payroll & Benefits Coordinator
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
