About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Royal Caffe & Espresso Bar. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Plan and coordinate the cleaning schedule to ensure that all areas of the premises are cleaned to a high standard.
  • Inspect and Monitor: Regularly inspect the premises to identify any areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance.
  • Recommend Services: Identify and recommend additional services required to maintain the cleanliness and safety of the premises, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist Cleaners: Assist cleaning staff in performing their duties as needed.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
  • Work Environment: The work environment is fast-paced and requires the ability to work in a team.
