Strategic Initiatives Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our International Banking Retail strategy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Direction: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the International Banking Retail market, identifying opportunities and challenges that impact our business.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders across the organization to align business objectives and drive strategic decision-making.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation within the organization.
- Program Management: Lead and manage high-impact cross-functional programs and initiatives to drive business results.
- Risk Management: Direct day-to-day activities in a manner consistent with the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement.
- Team Management: Build a high-performance team and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops, and motivates team members.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Business or Finance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years' leadership experience in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong financial and business acumen, strategic influencing ability, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
