Job Description

We are seeking an Inside Support Representative to join our team at our Pickering, ON head office. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, chat, and email.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fantastic communication and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in inbound customer service or sales roles (an asset)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Availability to work part-time hours, Tuesday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm, and Saturday, 10am – 5pm
