We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Pharmacy Managers and overseeing the overall performance of the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive employee engagement and customer experience within the district
- Lead Pharmacy Managers and oversee management development
- Execute district team strategy and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure compliance with external regulations and implement industry-leading store standards
- Drive community involvement and brand advocacy
- Own district Income/Profit and Loss and drive performance to meet targets
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Full knowledge of store operations pharmacy regulations
- Full knowledge of business processes tools
- Knowledge of union contracts and franchise business models
- Full knowledge of company policies and procedures
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
