Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Limited. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care and service in our retail pharmacies.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure excellent patient care and service.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
- Provide guidance and direction to staff on pharmacy operations and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote pharmacy services and products.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Class A Pharmacist license.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in retail pharmacy management.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach staff to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
- Knowledge of pharmacy systems and software.
