Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Sandmere Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
