Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Sandmere Construction. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality standards
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements
  • Ensure timely completion of projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results
Requirements:
  • College diploma or degree in a related field, such as construction management or engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a construction management role
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
