Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team at Sandmere Construction. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed to the required standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role, with a strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct construction teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve construction-related issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
