About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at BW Lounge and Dining. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of service and quality in our food service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective meal preparation.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Work Environment

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to work outdoors and in a noisy environment with exposure to odours and wet/damp conditions.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
  • Ability to relocate to support the growth of our business.
