Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons Fox Creek. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain inventory levels and ensure efficient operations.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Night shift premium.
- Permanent employment with opportunities for career advancement.
- 35-40 hours of work per week.
