Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons Fox Creek. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Team Management: Supervise and check assembly of trays, establish work schedules, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods. You will be required to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
